toy tractor, thanks for looking

went to illinois to visit mom n dad, and detected between rain spells.

the toy tractor(1930s) was in half, funny thing is i found the other half summer b4 last. the buckle appears to be iron, anyone know much about buckles.

i also found 2 knifes, 1 is just the blade, can anyone id?
