WOW!!!!
HOw long has this collection taken to gather? It's Impressive.

You Would be surprised How fast they can add up If you get yourself On a real good site. The majority of the ones In the photos I found within the last couple of years.

I have just one complete trade pipe. I hope you are OK that it is iron :). The rust is now stable this is in second stage cleaning. I just like the pic better.

Wowzers! I have read about pipe axe heads before. Where was it found? Talking about cleaning it, have you done any electrolysis on it? I didn't know people really found stuff that cool! Congrats.

Yeah i was stoked. Under many roots I dug for this save. I found it in middle of Ontario. Here is a pic cleaned and waxed.

I'm not implying That your piece is not Native American related.. I was just wondering about its context. It's really cool that's for sure. but it seems quite possible that it was made by a fur trapper or mountain man.. something like that. Was it in relation to any other artifacts?

I have found many copper Indian artifacts in close proximity. I guess no ever knows as is up for conversation. I believe it is British made.

Here is a similar one

Oops ..here is the pic.

Super find for sure. Thanks for the added info.

Better bump

Here are a couple I finally managed this year. They have a native headdress on one side and a anchor on the other side. Looks like tobacco stained broken stems. One says Glasgow on it.
