✅ SOLVED Trade Weight?

Pretty certain that this is a trade weight. But I was wondering if anyone would have any more info on these. I don't see them found very often here in the US. Actually this is the first that I have seen. A friend of mine found this while we were out digging. Any info would help. Thanks
