translation needed ?

can anyone...anyone translate pennsylvania german - pennsylvania dutch to english ?
i had a 20? yr german teacher who could'nt figure this out with 3 dictionarys in front
of him seems like my last chance is posting here it's a long shot but if i don't try i'll
never know right
i was told " land " might translate to " country " note: the writing dates to 1864
this is what i see weiseichearland

thanks for trying Montana Jim i'm sure he did too i guess i thought we have members
from all over the world on T Net >someone< might know out of the 22 pages the guy
translated there are only a few things he did'nt figure out ? question marks ? an this was one
of them i did learn they did'nt spell to good back then i sure wish i knew what land they
were talking about thanks again
