Many millions of dollars of sand put on the beach by State and County governments can now be found in the shallows just off the coast.

What are the "normal expected" beach/winds/surf conditions during the second or third week of Janurary? I have a chance to be in Orlando and thought I might drive towards Wabasso for 2 or 3 days of MD'ing.
