Probably a dozen or more books, documentaries. I read about it in High school 30 years ago, in a book called 100 tons of gold.

Great story, but the Army got the gold....if there was any.

Doc Noss was a scam artist, and was known to sell fake gold bars......but it is still a great story.

It is in the White Sands military base, strictly off limits.
