I agree with Jeff on this one , At least we have seen a couple of old relics from the Jesuits and the Inca ( though i do think there is something bogus about the season ending "gold" find ) The Oak Island bunch are caught up in all this 12th century knights templar gobblety gook - and they're digging way way down - they're losing me fast !

I believe the Gold Mask is real & was found at the Site.
I don't believe the Mask was Hidden. I think it was discarded
or accidentally Dropped lost. Just like the Daggers & Other objects of the Period.

Only things I Don't believe is them Traveling from Place to place by Foot.

or Cappy's Flashback. I think because of Equipment & Cameramen who
are most likely not as athletic, vehicles were used to get them from Place to Place
where possible.

and Drama was added to keep people Tuning in.

as for the gold at Season Ending. Editors would have put it at the end anyway.
But seriously, I don't think they would Or will leave that Spot unless they are refused Permit extensions.
After all I wouldn't. Especially if I found those Treasures there.

Still Only thing that Gives me slight doubt I'm right, Is the lack of News reports.
I Know they sign Contracts but
Can the Production Crew have that much Control Over press Releases ?
now that the season is Over ?

Of course I don't know Argentina's side of news releases either.

Or if it is Treasure of the Trinity or The Treasure of the Llanganates ?
Only place I ever heard of "Treasure of the Trinity," is this show.

Fake Name ?

I don't think we were given a good , slow , close up look at the mask. Given the importance of such a find , this left me with some doubts . I wonder if there has been some better info on line ? I'll look around .

I also believe that these items were thrown in the water. It does not make sense that back then, divers without equipment put these items in a sunken caves.
