Treasure site with several caches . a Few Caches have been recovered .

One of the Cache sites , this was covered with a Flat Stone Door , the Rocks and dirt removed , a Cache of Silver Bars recovered .

Note the small rocks set up to point to the Cave .

These Pictures were taken at a Famous New Mexico Bandit Camp .

Literally Tons of Silver Bars were secreted at this site .

Gold Bars , Jewels , coins , and other Artifacts .

This was the " El Chato " / " Pedro Navarrez " Treasure site of 1639 - 1649 .

He was Captured in 1649 .

He left a very concise waybill to these deposits .
 
Where are the pictures of the tons of Silver bars, gold bars, etc ? That would be way more cool than some rocks..

It looks like pecking in the rock on the left did the do a lot of pecking on the rocks to locate with.

In that picture it looks like the Eagles nest. I have a reference to that here. Thanks for sharing this. I'm not sure which stone you are talking about. I see many rhings.
