Nice button! 1830s to 1849 from Google.
 

Not really sure but I'd say mid 1800's. I have a Benedict & Burnham that dates 1834-1843. Probably one of the most gold gilted buttons in my collection. I'll try and post a pic of it,they knew how to do it.
 

Benedict and Burnham dates from 1834-1843. In 1843 it became Benedict and Burnham mfg. co. I would put your button a little closer to the 1834 date due to it being 1-piece.
