And as expected, I got a skunker.
However, I must say that in searching the box.. It was the easiest box I've ever searched. Easier than a dime box since there's fewer rolls. Extremely easy to get rid of. I don't think a bank can give you a dirty look for dumping quarters.
My weekly order of halves. Lot of work for a whole lot of nothing. Got tired of marking casino coins.
Box 1: Skunk
Box 2: Skunk
Box 3: 40%er
Doesn't look like a good month for halves. I should've gotten a box of dimes but didn't have the funds on hand because I wanted to try quarters. I figure that I set myself a challenge. I will do quarters until I get a keeper. I want to see how long this skunk streak can go.
Although this is the first time doing quarters and despite how much I was against it in the past.. I was pleasantly suprised at the ease of it. It's probably the easiest denomination to search with clear plastic wraps. It gives a picture of what searching halves would be like if halves were in clear plastic. Dumping is easy too. After searching all denominations now, I find that nickels are my least favorite to search due to the low yields and labor involved.
