Triple A, Double AA, C, D Cell Batteries and the like

I often see bins in malls where people recycle batteries (not car batteries). Are they worth anything? I have never seen anyplace which pays you for them.

You can find people through the internet. They usually have list of what they will buy, same goes for ink cartridges. If you do recycle batteries, make sure you sell to reputable buyer....lots of shady folk on the net. 8)
