What part of the beach would you detect after a storm surge that will likely come to the beaches of Galveston Texas?

Have to wait and see if there will be much erosion, but i would focus on popular tourist beaches that might unearth some older buried gems. I just dropped off my buddy's 5th wheel in corpus christi yesterday..... he should have waited a week.
