met up with a new friend today, started off at an old church, we had to search hard for a signal, not even any clad here, about to give up and Denny gets a silver rosie, and I walk over towards him and get a deep signal that is bouncing around but sounds smooth and sweet, dig down about 7-8" and found this man's wedding band, unfortunately it is 14K gold filled, oh well. I'll take it.
we went to a park and I found one wheat, and some clad, think we went to an old school then, not much there, some clad, and a wheat.
then we went to an old farm for a bit, and man this place was trashy, I managed one lone indian 1873, and it is toasted,
something in the soil in his area that just eats copper coins up bad. all in all I had a great day, and a blast hunting with Denny, we plan on getting together next week to hunt some more!
the good for 5 cent token and suspender clip was from a farm I was at sunday night.......the token is an exact match to one I dug last week.
