Trying to Find Name/Value of Seymour Mann Porcelain Doll

I have already googled this doll every way I can (height, dress, hair, brand, etc.). She has the Seymour Mann symbol on her neck but no serial number like others Seymour Mann dolls I have found online. I do not have original box.
