Went over by Twin Lakes towards Independence Pass today. We saw a lynx, but he was camera shy. Got my detector out and stepped off the side of the road and found an 1876 dime. Yee-haw!

All the way to the top, Jamey. Sometimes you can drive; sometimes you gotta walk. That's the Continental Divide in the picture.

Pass isn't open yet, but if the weather holds I would expect pretty soon. They might wait until Memorial Day. (Keep Aspen contained as long as possible) I dug the dime. It was about 2 inches down.

That picture should be entitled "Overview of OHIO Treasure Grounds".

That is some beautiful Ohio scenery there!

Rascal. Give me time, I will pull up something. Ohio is as foreign to me as Japan or Bosnia. I would not even know how to act there. Just wait. I shall bask in the glory of my recent find for a time, and then proceed to stumble onto another cool find.
