So im testing the waters with many of my local BOAs, most have offered to order for me. One though, lol, I could over hear the head teller or whatever yelling at the teller I was working with when he went back to ask about ordering me 3 boxes. "He better pick them all up!" she yelled. He came back over to the window and I said no problem on buying them all, he appeared relieved. Based on what I have seen with the local branches it seems like there are not many CRHs in the area. Also of note, is the relative consistency I have experienced so far. At first I thought it was beginner luck but I have had one skunk out of 9 or so boxes. I probably just jinxed myself. 
Anyoldways....
Box 1:
90%- 1x 64, 1x 62
40%- 1x 67
Box 2:
40%- 1x 67
My ratio thus far has been slightly better than 4-1 40% to 90%.
Observation- Some of the boxes I have picked up have a 4 digit number stamped on the top in black ink, most dont. Anyone know the significance of this?
