The first one is boy scout,or military school, reminds me of something I saw at Culver, the others maybe civil war. Just what I see off hand

The top button is a c. 1900-05 dress button depicting Napoleon II as played by the famed actress Sarah Bernhardt in Edmond Rostand's tragedy L'Aiglon, based on the life of the young emperor, who died at 21.

The eagle/anchor button is a pattern used by the U.S. Navy from the 1840's to 1941, but has also been imitated on maritime and nautical sporting buttons. Not sure about this one. Is there a backmark?

The lower button is a 19th century, pre-1881 British Army 1st, or Royal Scots, Regiment of Foot (infantry) button.

PBK nailed it on the first button. The second is more than likely not a navy but a civilian button made to look like a navy.
