This morning I met WHISPERS and went to a cellar hole that I have been hunting for a little while now. Cold, rainy, windy !!! We hunted for a few hours and I was able to find two keeper buttons any info on these would be great !! The one with the eagle seems to be in pretty good shape. The two were found about 50 yards apart, both about 4 inches down.

I will let WHISPERS tell his own story. Great time and we will be going again if we get any more good days.

Here are some pics.....

Congrats on the buttons!! I love finding those as much as finding old coins. The second button (from London), looks like there might be some sort of pattern on it. Have you tried to clean it a little to see if or what the pattern is? If there is a pattern take another pic of that.
