A 2-step factor on software for security where you log in and then website requests a number code that is automatically sent to you, usually in text to your phone, but can be an email. I am not aware it is being used on TNet.

I found your problem and fixed it, in your profile you had two-step verification enabled, I disabled it for you, it is disabled by default so some how you had turned it on.
