The first hunt is from my farm. It is the typical hunt for me. The mortise lock, hinge& crock pieces are my best. April 19 th is what my phone says.

This is the spot I was hunting, downhill from the foundation.

The second hunt is from today at the campgrounds. I went over to the primitive camping area. I know it’s not much but I will confess, I get a thrill popping the coins out. All clad. Beats my usual rusty nails though. :laughing9:

WD. I think any time getting out in the fresh air is a rewarding time,,I also Hope that silver and gold will find you very soon

Just getting out and swinging is a good day.

What we find is all history. And what we will find next is always a mystery. That’s why we keep swingin.

Congratulations on getting out there and swingin. Stay safe and keep swingin because the better stuff is there and you will find it.

Thank you all for the comments. It does get one off the couch.

Great to see you getting out playing the dirt WD.
The barn foundation finds seem to be universal in nature-just go out more a tad-maybe there will be one of those bells.
Now why can't the quarters/dimes be of the same vintage as the penny-then you'd be a jumping.
Nicely done still seeing you're not shy in digging it all.
(BTW You might find more-if you weren't laying down in the grass like in photo#4-Too many rums?:laughing7:)

I agree with the others. Just being outdoors is part of the fun for me. Digging some good finds is the bonus part !

I just can’t pass up any signal. I got to know what it is.
