Started out today with Kimsdad (aka as of today "no more silver drought"
)
and Des Plaines Silver Bob at a tear-down house in Glenview. Kimsdad was first
on the board. . . big-time. . . with a HUGE Barber Half & Barber Dime in the same hole
which I feebly countered with an 1887 Indian Head & 1912-D Lincoln near the front garden.

A few minutes later I got a solid signal which turned out to be a 1941 IL license plate
that was folded in half
(First plate I ever found).

Around Noon, all of us headed over to the woods where Twistidd, Mikewaz and
Treasurefiend were hunting and learned there was some cool stuff being garnered
out there as well. . . (check out Twistidd's post).
The only item of note that I found was a cheap, gold-plated bracelet but, I'll take it

All in all it was a good day for all
Thanks for looking!
