Here's a unique, banded-rhyolite blade that I bought in a NC collection. I went to an artifact show and I was told it was something I wasn't expecting. I'm not going to say yet b/c I want to see if any one here says it. Also, I was offered $25 for it but I had to decline. When I was first trying to purchase the collection, I shared this blade with a friend and he always guesses the types I show him. He didn't know what type to call it but he said it reminds him of being for ceremonial purposes and it may be a rare type. This blade has definitely got me scratching my head. I have one type in particular that I'm seeing in my Overstreet guide but I want to see what you guys say first. Thanks for your opinions!
