Does anyone know what these objects are? I have dug them in many different sizes and shapes over the years, but never knew what to make of them. With this darn virus keeping us close to home these days, I'm beginning to set aside some time to identify some of the things I have found in the past. Only problem is....I need your help! Thanks.

Yep!! They are bearings. they a usually made of babbit.

They sometimes would be called a journal bearing and sometimes be in a housing called a box for oiling, ( like on a rail car) The box would have a lid.
