July 3rd 1979 was the day in time when I seen something I cannot explain. out camping with family and gazing up at the stars that night, which was rather sultry, I at first thought what I was looking at was a satellite, that's until the object that was zipping along suddenly stopped, then changed directions several times for what appeared short distances, then promptly took off far faster than anything in orbit orbits.
What was it ? I don't know! but as a 10 year old boy it sure stuck in my memory.
