Looks just like one I let go back to the wild a couple of weeks ago....

I had a box a few weeks ago with a bunch of those in it ( I'd say about 50) and they were all in really nice shape, I keeped 2 of them that were 40%, that box was also loaded with 20 plus silvers. Oddly though, the 2 40% with holes in them I kept look clad when you look through the hole and the rim looks very clad, but, If you drop it it rings the sound of silver.

Um....seriously,you wouldn't dump a clad for 10 bucks? I'm going out to my drill press for a while!
