UNDUG UNION ARMY CAMP GIVIN UP RELICS LIKE CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally got permission to hunt a union army campsite that the landowner and his family have never allowed access to anyone, well let me tell u I've only made 3 trips over the past 5 days there for a total of only about 5 hours worth of digging since i can't go there til after work or quickly before work, the ground is honeycombed with three ringers, in the pics I'm posting now I've found 69 bullets 5 of the 3 Ringers are FRENCH IMPORTED TRIANGULAR BASE, most of a SHOULDER SCALE, some Eagle Buttons, a lovely US US ARMY MAILING STAMP WITH EAGLE CLUTCHING ARROWS, STARS AND WREATH AT BOTTOM, scabbard tip, canteen top, WILL DEF BE MAKING MORE TRIPS BACK THERE IN THE COMING DAYS, enjoy!!!!

It is interesting that there are so many pulled bullets. Do you know anything about this camp? Is it early or late war? Any ideas on the length of time it was used for? Very nice finds.

the landowners pretty much consider me family so they finally relented, I'm the only they will give access to it, oh i know all about this site, it was a fort complex, pretty sure I'm hunting near one of the main entrances where the pickets would pull there rounds when they came in, though a lot of the rounds are just drops as well
