Hello again!

Well, I got back to the field where Iv'e been doing so well (Quartermaster Corps Ring was the last post http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/today-s-finds/367753-quartermaster-corps-ring.html ) and yesterday it turned up a Civil War Uniform Button! I can't say I was expecting to find something like that in western NY!?! It seems to have writing on the back but I can't make it out. SPYKED! Some other finds include rivets, a "10" token or play coin? It looks like it may have been gold plated. 2 lead seals, one is from the New York Central & Hudson River RR. The other I'm not sure of. L&W, 1 New? And what I think may be the top of an old wooden tent pole. 3 1/2" Any help with this one would be great!

Every time I think this field is slowing down,,,, BAMMMM.... It shocks the heck out of me! Really makes me wonder just how old that ring is! pre 1921, but how old?

Here is some pics, Hope you enjoy & HH!!!
