unique rock find? please help identify

Found this strange rock a few years back ATTACH=CONFIG]1345296[/ATTACH] around Versailles, MO. Please help identify. Is there somewhere I can take it for identification purposes? Clear in color. Pop marks all over. Seems a metal type throughout that makes hands smell like after handeling change/coins. Problem uploading pictures. Their saved but wont attach to forum

What does the other side look like? It is very crude looking. Could be a Paleo knife. Most Paleo tools have what is known as the "turtle back" effect. Lots of work/detail on one side, and flat and uncorked on the other.
