Unknown Aluminum Token. Gibraltar?

[Butterfield]

Does anyone have any idea what this was used for or where this token is from? It's alumium, 22mm, and appears to have a ballerina on one side and a W on the other. The holder I bought it in states "Rare Gibraltar Bar Token"

Have you ever spun it?

I found this image, by googling Gibraltar Bar Token....
Pretty similar.....

I'll keep looking....

Thanks for your help. I'm still looking. It doesn't appear to be a spinner.
