Nope, no backmark i can see, its all rusted out on the back :-\ Definetly not from one of my coats :P in fact i dont even own a coat! ;D

Looks like a blazer button, all right... typically thin, die-stamped brass, often with a steel back that's rusted out or missing on dug ones. A lot of them have fancy coats of arms, sometimes with Latin or nonsensical pseudo-Latin mottoes. Other blazer buttons imitate coin designs, usually either 17th-18th century European or ancient Greek and Roman.
