Unknown Medal or Coin. Any ideas?

[Butterfield]

I can't make out the lettering on it. I've tried googling descriptions of the images and that hasn't helped much. It measures 32mm in diameter. It may be silver but I can't tell. Does anyone have any ideas on this one?

We've seen a similar one on TN before:

PS; It mimics this coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces66720.html
