Unknown metal detecting find

Need help. Found this metal detecting, not sure what it is. It appears to be copper, has some threads on inside and some stamped flowers (??) on it. Any help to identify would be appreciated

It's a bit difficult to judge the size, but I'm guessing it's part of a lipstick tube.
