Seems to be a sedimentary rock. Can't help much more then that. But a guess would lean towards sandstone.

Appears to have specs of mica or biotite in third image tho,kinda hard to tell.

Sand has pretty small grains. Sandstone is just "compacted" sand. These small grains can reflect light, similar to a sugar cube.

You could put a drop of vinegar on it and listen for bubbling or fizzing. That's one of the tests we did in school "Geology" to test whether a rock was carbonate based. If not... I can't remember what the next test was as I have been a plastics engineer for 33 years. :)
