unknown spoon from goodwill

when to goodwill today and get this spoon i now it is silver because if say .925 on back. it also say (that i can make out): choem pvee .925, there looks to be some type of crest of the back, but it has worn off. i was wondering what it is worth. i cant get a good pick of the back
