This may be a long shot...... UTA = Ulster Transport Authority, Belfast, which was an inter-town bus transport company. Here's a link to the "Catalogue of Ulster Tokens, Tickets, Vouchers, Checks, Passes Etc. (Mostly Dating from the Mid- to Late-Nineteenth Century and the Early Part of the Twentieth Century)". I can't access the catalogue, maybe someone here has access to it.
