Unknown token

Howdy T-netters;
I found this token today and I have been unable to get info on it. Maybe some of you can help. It appears to be well made. My guess is circa 30s or 40s.

I agree probably a Game Room Token from the c80's .
The Square Eagle Throws me off though.

Not sure why, But for some reason the eagle looks pre ww2
to me though.

First thought that came to me was a token from the American Fascism movement in the 30's

The token is brass and is 1 1/8" diameter. Thank you for responding.

I think the square Eagle may be the Phoenix Eagle symbol, but I dont know what the token itself represents.
