Unreal day at the lake

Lately we've been hunting around a nice old lake in the middle of nowhere. In three previous day long trips it has only given up two coins. One was 1600's copper and the other looks like a 2000 year old sceat though it's a bit crispy and not possible to fully ID.

It's hard hunting with very few signals out there but the potential is just too high to give up. I'm so glad we went back..

We pulled thousands of years of history in a day.

I pulled 5 coins, an old (Ancient?) flat button, and a old (also possibly ancient) pendant.

The coins just kept getting older as the day went on..

Found in this order...

-1973 10 Lire
-1862 10 Centisimi
-1798 5 Tornesi
-1400's single Denaro (I found two, my partner found one as well)
-BC Greek coin (My partners find, still working for 100% ID but likely 215 BC)

What a day!!!
I'm currently trying to get my finds cleaned and will post pics when they are. For now you get to see dirty finds...

I heard if you clean old coins it will take away more of their value. I'd consider looking into that before cleaning these up. Awesome finds!
