I as searching rolls and I came across a 1996p Kennedy at first I thought it was a silver proof because of how well defined the rim was. but that obviously isn't the case. The coin does not appear to be chrome plated and aside from the rim doesn't look or sound silver. Could anybody think of how this might occur? unfortunately I do not have a camera, hopefully someone has come across this before
