Entrepreneur finds treasure at historic 85-year-old Park Shelton

"In the beginning, Rachel Lutz just wanted to fix up a rental space in a historic Detroit building to open a clothing shop.
But the effort this week ended up uncovering historical treasure that poses a challenge for a new business owner and a defender of city preservation.
Behind the drywall and plain dropped ceilings a worker began tearing down are the remains of an elegant dining room, dating to 1926, where celebrities of the day, such as artist Diego Rivera or comedian Bob Hope, may have lounged."
