Hi all--

Here's an update post on some of my recent CRH finds from 12/16 through today.

Basically, halves, as I am finding out, are getting heavily hunted out in my area. (chicago fed dist.)

So...

been searching more dimes. Found a 194x mercury out of a Brinks box.
Nickels: 1928 Buff as an ender on a string and sons roll. One of my daughters also found a "V" nickel 1904 a first for me! :hello2:

and tonight quarters a 1964D in a box of $500 worth of cwr rolled. Was laying there in my other daughter's pile!

Also got a couple of cool foreign coins as well.

194 mercury dimes....wow please throw a pic up of that, would love to see the pile of ladies. Looks like you hit a stash.

Sixstringer said he found A 194x mercury dime. Basically, the last digit of the date is unreadable.

Sorry Big Heed to disappoint you.

Diver_Down is correct. For the record, it was a single Merc. The last digit of date is scratched beyond recognition.

I'm really happy with the quarter. Last two boxes have had one AG each.

If i can get the time, I'll post the photo of the Buff ender.
