What part of CA ? Is it a freshly scraped/demolished lot? Or a lot that has sat for a long time vacant? What was there in the old days? Good luck !

Hey Tom
Old part of town in fresno. Lots has been vacant for several years. Think one lot had a house sitting on it and another lot had a business at one time. They're located where turn of the century structures were erected at one time or still exist.
Found a 1909 IH, early 1900's pad lock and other odds /ends that I haven't cleaned yet. Didn't find any tokens but maybe next time.

Thanx for the update. Bummer about the lot already being exposed for "several years". Any time an urban lot is allowed to sit, grow weeds, abandoned for several years, they become the perfect magnet for trash Thus the best old-town lots are those that JUST got scraped to the sidewalk level.

Yeah and I'm sure it's been picked by others. But I'm happy with the IH and just to get out to detect for an hour or so.

Eu4ia is leaving a little something out and being modest. I was with him during the hunt and what he is forgetting to tell you is that the 1909 IH is a San Franciso mint!
