Vacation in Galveston

In June I'm going to Galveston for a family vacation and if anyone can tell a good place to metal detect

East beach....Stewart beach...beaches along the seawall....several beaches on the west end of the island...gl and hh!

Jim Galveston is wide open except for a small stretch that is the Galveston Island State Park.. They did put out new sand near the west end, so I'd concentrate on the Eastern half.
