Venture to the dark side at the old ballfield

I have made a dozen trips to this site and hunted till I could no longer find any decent targets. I found 3 mercs, 1 IH, 1 (counterfeit) v-nickel, and a couple wheats.
3 days ago I went back with a different make "deep" detector.
Results of 5 hours total hunting time.
11 wheats, 1919(s), thru 1957, a '20 merc, and a '90 IH. AMC

Bill, I switched to an Exp II, (10.5"). The soil is moist, you can pack it easily with your hand. On top of that, very little or no trash to deal with, just deep coins! AMC

The V-nickel that I found there had only the reverse side on it, and the "V" and all details were in reverse, and stamped the opposite of raised relief.
