HEY GUYS AND GALS
Out for a hunt today after clearing 12 inches of snow outta the driveway and boat.
Wind was outta the Nortwest at 30 knots and -4c so found a spot where we could get outta of it.
Started off very slow and after 2 hours still nothing much in the pouch except the coins. Then came across a little hot spot..pulling out the J+S button and bell.
Then spotted something sticking outta a big piece of sod that had broken away from the bank...it was the COCA COLA piece...the bottom piece was inside the sod which apparently helped to preserve it ..the other end didn,t fair as well. The whole was fair enough down the shore that it woulda submerged in the saltwater at 3/4 tide.
Appears to be a old stamp as it is backwards and would read correctly when pressed into something.
Any ideas on exactly what the S+J BUTTON and COCA COLA items are would be appreciated !!
