very odd one

It has a very worn out shape to it and if you look closely it nas a ring of quartz around the tip. It seems to be made of sand stone or some type of flint any ideas?

looks like some easily worn material, "scrounge material" that found some running water for some years looks like the boggy branch types ive seen you post before. i always like pcs with fossils or inclusions.
