I recovered this at a ranch just outside of town yesterday. The item is about 3 inches across. It appears to be made of copper or brass. There is no makers mark. It does have two posts on the back where it was bolted to something. Anyone have a clue? This is the first thing I've found that I haven't been able to identify. Thank you in advance for your answers.
