What's up treasure net, I decided to get the 570 after all of the reviews I've read. I am glad I did, because I was hunting a
high school football field yesterday and was pulling in lincoln after lincoln, and let's not forget jefferson and roosevelt. I decided
to hit the 50 and work my way back when I got another signal and out came the 570. The vibrations were getting faster at 2
inches and holy crap my stomach started doing back flips when I saw the diamond stud appear. At first I thought, ok high school
football field, all the teens wearing shopping mall BLING of course -C FREAKING Z- and so i will leave it up to you T-NET'ERS to
tell me what you think the initials are on the back, could be CZ or could it be OZ? I think I am going to go with my first instinct
and say it is CZ.

Found the bottle at an abandoned warehouse today, it has a 10 on the bottom and it does have a line down the side of the bottle telling me it was factory made, but still a nice piece. (if you have any input on the bottle, year or what it was used for I would love to hear it.)

The button came from the same warehouse area, the cool thing is it was laying on top of the ground behind the building. I don't know much about buttons so I could sure use some help to identify this piece.

I would say that the 570 was worth every dime!

Thank you for all your help ! God Bless and Good Hunting

Got my 570 recently too, fourleaf.
I'm glad to hear you're enjoying yours as much as I am mine!!!
It's a great pinpointer for sure, and I agree, worth EVERY dime!!

Frodov has the other ear ring :tongue3:

I can read 925 (Silver) on the back of the earring....that's a good sign.

Nice finds James.
Glad to see that 570 is working out for you.

Nice finds, I just got my 570 yesterday but haven't had time to use it. Hope it will increase better finds for me. Congrats.

Dude! It looks just like a stud I found yesterday at a local (former) playground here in Lexington Kentucky. Only the one I found doesn't have any marks at all on the back, but the set looks very very VERY similar. Check it out.

I gotta say, I had to sit back and take a deep breath myself when I found mine. I tend to think it's more than likely a CZ setting, but unlike your's there's not stamp or marks of any kind on the back. I'm going to drop by a local jewelery store this afternoon and have someone who "knows" tell me what it is. I know it's not plastic but is it real? That would be too cool if it was. DAMN! It'd have to be at least a full karat or better.. that's pay for a week's vacation stay at the beach! <wishfull thinking>. But.. even if it's CZ it's a great conversation peace and still very much a cool find.
You gotta love those moments right after such a find though don't you? What a rush! Is this a cool hobby or what? Keep up the passion my friend.. and as always..

Happy Hunting!

nice find with the earing. I'd say CZ...but who cares?...it's a GREAT find regardless....AND it's sterling silver

Clover.. Seems you and I are in the same boat so to speak.. That "diamond" earring.. er ear stud, you found the other day clearly stated on it's back that it was CZ and mounted in Silver. The one I found, however, did not have any markings at all. My wife took her rings to be cleaned Saturday so I tagged along and had the jeweler have a look at the stud I had found. Yep, it's CZ as well.. and mounted in Sterling Silver. *sigh*
Oh well, maybe someday we will find the real thing.. till then, HEY! we *DID* find SILVER ! It's still wierd that we both found such similar pieces .. and one the SAME day no less. Keep digging my friend!

Happy Hunting!
