Which browser are you using? Do you have any "plugins" enabled ... noscript can do this sometimes as can adblockers and Ghostery (depending on what options you have enabled on them).

Do you perhaps have an entry in your hosts file that would block youtube?

Try clicking on it and selecting open link in new tab. See if that helps. Or you can copy the link of the video and paste it in your internet browser and open it directly off the internet. One of those two should work.
