These two fragmented viking bracelets I found today. :hello2:
They were used as trading silver, cut into small pieces and used by weight.
These are much longer then normaly.
Often we find only tiny pieces on the field.
They date to the 9th century.

The longest one is about 7cm.

I saw that the picture was way too big, and have corrected it ! :icon_thumleft:

They are found in the southern part of Denmark, Europe ! ;D :wink:

Very nice find. I have also read that silver armbands were given out
as tokens of bravery or valor in battle. Jimbob
