Your picture is a copy of a work titled "Conversation Galante by a Fountain", originally painted in the 1720s by the French artist Jean-Baptiste Pater (1695-1736).

I doubt that it's very old. It has been reproduced numerous times as prints, some of which are simulated to look like oil on canvas. Even with a better picture than the out-of-focus one you provided, it would be difficult to tell if it's a print. There are several companies who sell copies of it which are hand painted by commercial artists. Here's links to a couple of them, and a picture of one of their reproductions:
